About the Position As the Room Leader in our Toddler Room, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s developmental journey. You’ll collaborate closely with a small team of passionate educators to create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence About You Hold a Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). Have a genuine passion for working with toddlers and supporting their growth. Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of the EYLF , NQS , and child development principles. Current Working with Children Check , First Aid , and Child Protection Training . Why Us?
